Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operations.

As an Administrative Coordinator, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily scheduling and rescheduling of client appointments
  • Preparing and delivering estimates
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone
  • Overseeing email communications
  • Processing invoices
  • Documenting daily progress for multiple teams

*You will interact directly with the owner on a daily basis.

Additional Responsibilities:

Engaging in basic marketing initiatives (such as social media content creation and flyer design)

Managing inventory and ordering necessary equipment parts

Handling various paperwork and filing tasks

Updating website content

Qualifications:

  • Fundamental computer skills (knowledge of Excel, Zoom, Canva, and Quickbooks is advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail, a positive demeanor, and a willingness to acquire new skills
  • Able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Residing in the vicinity of Central Massachusetts
