About the Job

As an IT Systems Support Specialist Level I/II at Efficus, Inc., you will be responsible for providing advanced system support duties in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot, configure, and maintain desktop computer systems, network systems, and business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate, maintain, and repair information technology equipment and software.
  2. Perform complex duties related to troubleshooting, configuring, and performing diagnostics for desktop and network hardware and software issues.
  3. Respond appropriately to customer service requests and provide 2nd level help desk support.
Requirements
  • A valid California Driver's License, Class C.

  • Microsoft 365 products.
  • Imaging software and automated imaging processes.
