About the Role

The Ambulatory Care Nurse is responsible for supporting the coordination, integration, communication, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practice and clinical policies and procedures. This involves performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests, collecting patient health history, and recording information in electronic health records.

  • Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform phone and in-person patient triage
  • Assess and monitor patient responses to various treatments and procedures
  • Consult with clinical supervisors and licensed providers to determine best treatment plans
  • Direct, supervise, and delegate to licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, and technicians as needed

The successful candidate will participate in site and organizational quality and performance improvement activities, collect patient healthcare data systematically, and collaborate with licensed providers to develop patient-centered plans of care. We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
