About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Support Specialist to join our team at SymphonyAI. As a Data Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in selected stores in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-store data collection and validation processes at a detailed level
  • Collect product UPCs using a barcode scanner
  • Complete survey questionnaires upon starting and ending data collection
  • Review data collected for deficiencies or errors and correct any irregularities
  • Follow up with Rebotics Team Leads to resolve problems or clarify data collected
  • Attend and participate in daily meetings either in-store or online
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Technical skills using apps on a tablet/cell phone
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be dependable
  • Have interest in learning and being part of a growing AI company
  • Reliable transportation: must have own car to drive from store to store
