Opportunity Communities is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Enhancement Specialist to join our team. As a VISTA member, you will play a critical role in enhancing our data management systems and optimizing our use of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline client intake systems and optimize Salesforce integrations with other systems.
  • Develop a mechanism for flagging urgent cases in Salesforce and create a strategy for creating and tracking tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Learning team to develop a Salesforce dashboard for viewing monthly metrics and overdue tasks.
  • Refine the Community Data Hub and develop new elements in response to community feedback.

Requirements

  • College degree or relevant work history.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to Opportunity Communities' mission and experience working in a diverse multi-cultural community.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish (and/or English-Khmer, English-Arabic or English-Portuguese) is a plus.
