Role Overview: As a FA Engineer, you will play a critical role in identifying and resolving product failures, ensuring the reliability and performance of our server products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough failure analysis on both field and production issues.
  • Implement strategies for yield enhancement and address failure patterns.
  • Provide recommendations for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT).
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Reliability.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on product status and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Develop expertise in the production processes of server products.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the server and electronics industry, with a focus on hardware and software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient understanding of mechanical tolerancing.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
