Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PCB/PCBA Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting thorough failure analysis on customer returned Server/GPU boards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and conduct failure analysis on PCB/PCBA boards to identify root causes of product failure.
  • Perform system and circuit board level testing and debugging to isolate component-level issues.
  • Conduct visual mechanical inspections (VMI) of PCB and PCBA components, including Server/GPU board components, motherboards, GPUs, and other electronics components.
  • Complete component-level troubleshooting and failure analysis, including capacitor, resistor, fuse, IC, diode, and other component-level issues.
  • Develop and implement effective failure analysis methodologies to improve product reliability and reduce failure rates.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of electronics and PCB/PCBA design principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Linux environment and commands is a plus.
