We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Prince Gift Store located at MSP Airport.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic retail environment, surrounded by customers from all over the world. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience

Requirements

  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Availability to work 3-4 weekend shifts per month
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
