Position Overview

The Housekeeping Service Specialist plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and service standards of the Club. This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional service that surpasses the expectations of Members and Guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a pristine, visually appealing, and safe environment that aligns with the standards set by the Club's management.
  • Execute cleaning tasks for guest accommodations in accordance with Club protocols.
  • Embrace the Three Steps of Service: 'Warm welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells.'
  • Perform light maintenance duties as required to maintain the facility.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors to prioritize and complete tasks requested by various Department Heads and Members.
  • Conduct essential housekeeping activities including vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and maintaining woodwork.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in general housekeeping within a comparable setting. A High School Diploma is mandatory.
