Join Our Team as a QC Specialist

Bristol-Myers Squibb is a leading pharmaceutical company that is committed to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled QC Specialist to join our team in Summit, NJ.

About the Role

The QC Specialist will be responsible for performing routine lab housekeeping and maintenance activities, including equipment cleaning, restocking supplies, and solution preparation. The successful candidate will also review GMP documentation and records, including vendor-executed validation documents, to ensure GDP adherence.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine lab housekeeping and maintenance activities
  • Review GMP documentation and records
  • Train others on general job duties and equipment calibration processes
  • Support creation of equipment user requirements and validation protocols
  • Collaborate with QC laboratories, Site Engineering, and Facility Services for equipment commissioning and decommissioning
  • Schedule and facilitate equipment validation, calibration, maintenance, and repairs
  • Maintain electronic equipment databases and records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing GMP facility
  • 1 year of experience with writing technical documents
  • 1 year of QC lab experience
  • 1 year of experience troubleshooting equipment
  • Knowledge of computerized systems and enterprise applications
