**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the scheduling of drivers' routes, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in scheduling drivers' routes and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Support the lead Dispatcher in ensuring drivers collect and process payments accurately
  • Work with Parts Pullers to ensure deliveries are processed correctly
  • Verify drivers' knowledge of routes and provide assistance as needed
  • Communicate with customers to update them on the status of their orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the lead Dispatcher

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Dispatcher or Dispatcher
  • Extensive knowledge of area roads and traffic patterns
  • Experience working with multiple drivers and managing routes
  • Prior experience in an auto parts store is preferred
