Position Overview

Our Mini Bus Operators are people-oriented and instantly make passengers feel safe and secure. They work closely with clients and provide excellent customer service. Mini Bus Operators are well-dressed, personable, and professional as they transport clients safely to their destinations. Responsibilities

  • Driving and transporting clients
  • Adhering to the Four Golden Moments of client contact
  • Welcome/Greet the client and discuss amenities
  • Thank the client for choosing RMA Worldwide
  • Following DOT regulations where applicable
  • Maintaining Travel Logs/Fuel Vehicle
  • Safety Management
  • Passenger loading assistance
  • Vehicle inspection/Safety checks

Requirements

  • CDL Driver's license with Passenger Endorsement/Air Brake Endorsement
  • Communicating and cooperating with dispatch
  • Attending routine compliance and customer service training
  • Travel required

Education and Experience

Possess a high school certificate of graduation or its equivalent or a college degree. Having a valid CDL driver's license issued by Maryland or another state to drive the class of vehicle. At least one year of operating a bus is required for this position.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times
