Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs and abilities of our students.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote academic excellence and social growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, making data-driven decisions to inform instruction and improve outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research-based methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
- State certification in all core subject areas taught, with a preference for endorsements in Reading, ESOL, and Special Education.
- At least 2 years of successful teaching experience, with a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
