Provider Solutions & Development is actively seeking skilled Critical Care Intensivists to deliver exceptional night support in a leading medical facility. Our organization is renowned for its commitment to excellence in critical care and pulmonary medicine.
- Employment Type: Full-time 1099 role with a one-year contract, with the potential for extension.
- Shift Details: Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with some flexibility.
- Work Environment: Engage in a dynamic, high-acuity ICU featuring 40-50 beds.
- Support System: Extensive resources and assistance available to facilitate a smooth transition into this position.
- Independence Required: Candidates must be adept at working autonomously in a fast-paced critical care environment.
- New Graduates Welcome: Open to recent graduates; however, prior experience in critical care is highly preferred.
- Certification: Must be Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Critical Care Medicine, with the expectation to achieve certification.
- Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $220.00 to $240.00, reflecting the starting range of total compensation. Additional incentives may include productivity bonuses, quality-related incentives, and extra shift compensation.
- Benefits: While this is a non-benefited position, malpractice insurance will be provided. Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer.
