Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead talent management initiatives, training and development programs, and provide organizational development support to employees, leaders, and teams
  • Collaborate with our Centers of Excellence to drive business results and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Provide generalist business partnering support to all levels of employees for assigned business groups
  • Assess and anticipate HR-related needs and recommend integrated solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in building talent management strategies that align with business goals
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Excellent consulting, client management, change management, and project management skills
  • Team player with experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with performance management systems and talent development programs
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management trends, tools, and practices
  • Demonstrated experience with adult learning, curriculum design methodology, and learning strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and program facilitation skills
  • Skill in managing multiple business relationships, projects, and priorities in multiple locations
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
  • Strategic planning acumen with sound technical skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and solid judgment
  • Business acumen, analytical skills, and learning agility
  • Strong integrator mindset with the ability to develop collaborative relationships and networks
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly establish and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization
