As a Mortgage Origination Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the lending industry and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to FHA guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on FHA mortgage policies and procedures
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of mortgage applications
  • Stay up-to-date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of mortgage origination experience
  • Minimum 1 year of contact center experience or telephone customer service experience
  • Active Public Trust Security clearance
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, between 8 am to 8 pm ET

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Contact Center experience (Omnichannel)

Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour
