We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and ensure that all nursing personnel comply with our facility's policies and procedures.
- Nursing Care: Provide nursing care to our residents and ensure that their needs are met in accordance with our facility's standards and regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of our facility's quality assurance program for the nursing department.
- Communication: Meet with nursing staff, support personnel, and other departments to plan and coordinate nursing services and activities.
- Documentation: Ensure that all nursing service staff are in compliance with their respective job descriptions and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a California-approved LVN program.
- Experience: 2 or more years of relevant experience and 2 or more years of supervisory experience.
- Licensure: Current LVN or RN license for California.
- Certifications: First-Aid, CPR, and/or BLS certified.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work flexible hours, and ability to interface appropriately with other staff, residents, and family members.
