Your Responsibilities
- Establishes consultative relationships with both new and existing clients to enhance business opportunities and ensure customer loyalty.
- Utilizes independent service expertise to articulate product offerings to clients and coordinates the successful execution of necessary documentation, pricing, and logistical arrangements.
- Maintains detailed records of daily activities and employs Salesforce reporting tools to effectively address customer requirements.
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives related to Federal Reserve Financial Services.
- Offers customer insights for the development of new products, quality enhancements, or tailored business solutions to internal teams.
- Prepares and delivers cost-benefit analyses to clients.
- Advises clients on merger, acquisition, and new business initiatives.
- Conducts presentations on FRFS products and services at internal meetings and industry events.
- Maintains a customer-focused mindset, dedicated to fostering and sustaining relationships.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred two or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.
- Advanced understanding and proven experience in financial institution operations, coupled with strong commercial insight.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
