Your Responsibilities
  • Establishes consultative relationships with both new and existing clients to enhance business opportunities and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Utilizes independent service expertise to articulate product offerings to clients and coordinates the successful execution of necessary documentation, pricing, and logistical arrangements.
  • Maintains detailed records of daily activities and employs Salesforce reporting tools to effectively address customer requirements.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives related to Federal Reserve Financial Services.
  • Offers customer insights for the development of new products, quality enhancements, or tailored business solutions to internal teams.
  • Prepares and delivers cost-benefit analyses to clients.
  • Advises clients on merger, acquisition, and new business initiatives.
  • Conducts presentations on FRFS products and services at internal meetings and industry events.
  • Maintains a customer-focused mindset, dedicated to fostering and sustaining relationships.

Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred two or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.
  • Advanced understanding and proven experience in financial institution operations, coupled with strong commercial insight.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
