Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician with Secur-Serv, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' IT systems. You will travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and replace computer hardware, providing top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair computer hardware issues
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide range of hardware, including printers, cash recyclers, and document finishing equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work effectively under minimal supervision, managing your time and priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Collaborate with other technicians and teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in computer hardware and IT systems
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight (5-10% of the time)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
