About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gaithersburg, Maryland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the civil/site engineering aspects of various projects, including land development and general civil engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and have overall responsibility for the success of assigned projects.
  • Perform and direct all aspects of civil engineering design, including grading, drainage, paving, water, sewer, dry utility, and erosion control.
  • Organize and lead project-related meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, sub-consultants, and prepare detailed scope/fee proposals.
  • Prepare complete submission packages, supporting calculations, cost estimates, project schedules, and other duties.
  • Process construction permits through local permitting agencies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant civil/site or land development engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
  • Maryland Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required or must be able to obtain within first 6 months of employment.
