Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and customize IBM Master Data Management (MDM) version 11.x in alignment with client specifications.
  • Evaluate the current MDM setup to identify and rectify data quality, performance, and configuration challenges.
  • Develop tailored MDM code and interfaces based on defined requirements.
  • Engage in software development initiatives that foster innovation and improvements, utilizing technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.
  • Create and oversee software validation and testing methodologies employing Junit and Katalon.
  • Design and integrate custom software solutions to optimize automated deployment processes.
  • Prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions, leveraging infrastructure platform services.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of User Stories with customer use cases.
  • Conduct analysis through proof of concept, performance assessments, and end-to-end testing to address infrastructure requirements driven by developed software.
  • Support the Agile software development lifecycle, adhering to Program SAFe practices.
  • Utilize leading DevOps tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Unix bash scripting.
  • Document and execute systems software development, including the deployment of build artifacts across various environments using GitFlow methodologies.
  • Communicate essential project information to team members, fostering team cohesion and effectiveness.
  • Leverage the Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA and Confluence, to monitor activities.
  • Identify and apply best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Innovate solutions to fulfill the technical requirements of clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with IBM's MDM version 11.x, including hands-on implementation and customization.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and service-oriented environments.
  • Strong background in Java, Spring, and C2S.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, with experience in DevOps practices.
  • Proven experience in an Agile development setting.
  • Familiarity with Commercial Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Experience with cloud data services (e.g., S3, RDS, EFS).
  • Proficient in version control systems.
  • Skilled in issue/problem tracking systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

Candidates must possess a Master's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or a Doctorate with 13+ years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance:

An active TS//SCI with Polygraph is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IBM MDM Server Product upgrades.
