Work Schedule

The role operates on a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Facility Information

Our expansive facility is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology, allowing us to provide comprehensive services including maintenance, electronics, rigging, lighting, gel coat repairs, and detailing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inboard and outboard services, including engine maintenance tasks such as replacing spark plugs, fuel/water separators, impellers, engine oil, lower unit oil, fuel filters, and oil filters.
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of marine engines including Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Honda, and Mercruiser.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic and wiring systems.
  • Address issues with pumps, power poles, horns, lights, and other components.
  • Install new audio systems in marine vessels.
  • Manage repower projects effectively.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal communication skills to provide updates and discuss challenges with management.
  • Excellent written communication skills for detailed documentation.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines while responding positively to management direction.
  • Personal hand tools necessary for the job.
  • A willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Reliability and a valid driver's license.
