Role Summary:
The Quality Manager is tasked with overseeing all quality-centric initiatives at the Tulsa facility, playing a pivotal role in maintaining Aquestia's dedication to superior quality and client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the establishment and adherence to the Quality Management System across all operational areas.
  • Gather and present audit results to the Site Leader and other executives, along with suggested corrective measures.
  • Formulate and uphold quality benchmarks, checklists, and processes customized for specific clients and services.
  • Encourage and guarantee the execution of Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs) and Quality Audit methodologies.
  • Conduct regular compliance and quality training sessions for personnel to guarantee comprehension and adherence to quality protocols. Incorporate quality training into the onboarding framework for new employees.
  • Promote a culture of ongoing enhancement through insights gained from audits, feedback, and quality performance evaluations. Implement best practices and process enhancements to boost overall quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain proactive dialogue with clients regarding quality expectations, project scope, budget, and schedule modifications to ensure elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and confirm adherence to contractual quality obligations and industry regulations.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with quality, including audit compliance rates, client satisfaction metrics, and non-conformance reports.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources to support quality management efforts and ensure project success.
  • Identify potential quality risks and devise strategies to mitigate these risks. Formulate contingency plans to address quality challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Guarantee that all projects comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of quality audits, training sessions, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing context.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and managing quality programs and audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive quality enhancements.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive individual with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements:
