Job Overview: As a Classroom General Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within an educational environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of cleaning tasks aimed at ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for students and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning of classrooms and common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage waste disposal by pulling trash and recycling materials appropriately.
- Ensure restrooms and breakrooms are kept clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of high-touch areas to promote health and safety.
- Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the Account Manager.
Physical Requirements: Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 20 pounds and performing tasks that involve bending, stooping, and crouching.
Qualifications: A successful candidate will need to pass a TB test and background check. No prior janitorial experience is necessary, as training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to meet our standards.
