About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Clinic Supervisor to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, assigning, coordinating, and controlling nursing care and services for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective patient care strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Serve as a mentor and leader, providing support, guidance, and training to nursing staff as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and processes
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 3 years of recent acute care RN experience in the same or a similar unit
