Responsibilities:
As a Certified Respiratory Care Specialist, you will collaborate with a skilled team focused on delivering comprehensive respiratory care.

Your expertise will be crucial in managing patients with breathing difficulties through specialized techniques and therapies.

Your role will involve performing thorough patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and respiratory patterns, while ensuring the functionality of all respiratory equipment.

Additionally, you will conduct arterial blood gas tests, manage blood specimens, and maintain accurate documentation of all procedures.

Critical thinking and assessment skills are essential as you develop effective care plans tailored to each patient's needs.



Qualifications:

Minimum:
High School Diploma or GED

Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program

Valid Respiratory Therapist License

Certification as a National Certified Respiratory Therapist or National Registered Respiratory Therapist

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred:
Credential as a National Registered Respiratory Therapist

ACLS certification from the American Heart Association

NRP or PALS certification
