About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at SRS Building Products - Fort Smith. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with our inside sales support team to plan and execute sales promotions and product launches
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
Requirements
  • Proven success in sales, with a track record of managing a multi-million dollar territory
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation for local travel
