The Accounting Associate will assist with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and general ledger transactions
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payment
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 6 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires frequent sitting and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds may be required. The work environment is moderate noise levels, and no travel is required.
