Job Title: Senior Laboratory Supervisor

Pace Analytical Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the analysis, administration, and oversight of laboratory services, field testing, and testing policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and providing compensation recommendations.
  • Oversee and supervise broad areas of laboratory operations, including testing, scheduling, inventories, services, communication, and general coordination.
  • Provide research, feedback, and decisions to resolve management and employee questions and requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of tests and operational databases, reports, and related details through audits, queries, and operational reviews.
  • Oversee or review, complete, and process broad degrees of tests, forms, documents, databases, and related materials and information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
  • Five (5) years of laboratory, services, field, or testing experience, including experience with complex programs or operations.
  • Two (2) years of team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
