We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution team at Ocean Tomo, LLC. As a key member of our Financial Expert Practice, you will be responsible for managing complex assignments, developing business opportunities, and delivering high-quality work products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work products, including financial analyses, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and converting them into client engagements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant.
  • Lead market, industry, company, technology, and royalty rate research to support client engagements.
  • Direct staff efforts in preparing models, reports, and other activities, and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics from a highly regarded program.
  • At least 7 years of experience in litigation consulting or intellectual property valuation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work products and driving business growth.
  • CPA/CFA certification preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control, with a commitment to delivering zero-error work products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
