Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Intellectual Property practice within our Disputes, Claims, and Investigations group. The selected candidate will focus on intellectual property matters, including damages related to patent, copyright, and trademark infringement, as well as trade secret misappropriation in diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with drafting expert reports and preparing analysis
  • Manage teams and work closely with senior intellectual property experts
  • Be an important point of contact for client communications
  • Develop and implement engagement workplans
  • Oversee and participate in company, industry, and case-specific research functions
  • Manage document organization processes and identify relevant information
  • Assist with the management of client relationships
  • Participate in marketing and thought leadership efforts
Requirements
  • 4-year undergraduate degree with a concentration in economics, finance, and/or accounting
  • 4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in damages quantification, preferably related to intellectual property disputes
  • Strong analytical and technical finance, economics, and accounting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
