Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian Lead to join our team at Chi. As a Clinical Dietitian Lead, you will play a critical role in assessing patients' nutritional status, coordinating clinical nutrition administrative duties, and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide expert-level care and nutrition therapy.
  • Conduct routine screenings to identify patients at nutritional risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Mentor and train Clinical Dietitians and students in the core behaviors and responsibilities of the department and organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in clinical nutrition and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian II at a reputable healthcare organization or four years of acute hospital experience working with patients in complex care settings.
  • Bachelor's Degree with completion of an accredited dietitian program.
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Dietitian State license in the following states: Tennessee, Ohio, Kansas, Georgia, Iowa, Utah, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, and North Dakota.
