Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate II to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate II, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Coach standards and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
