Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as pricing and visual standards.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
  • Support replenishment activities and assist with locate fulfillment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent climbing.
