We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel.   • Analyzing legal documents and motions pertinent to litigation, bankruptcy, or other practice areas.
  • Representing clients in district court, circuit court, and bankruptcy court.
  • Offering legal advice and support.
  • Counseling clients on appropriate conduct while legal matters are pending, including communication with family and friends and social media interactions.
  • Conducting meetings with clients to thoroughly discuss ongoing legal issues and strategize defense approaches.
  • Identifying ethical solutions to complex legal challenges.
  • Engaging with clients to comprehend their legal concerns and provide essential guidance.
  • Formulating strategies to resolve client cases effectively and economically.
  • Informing clients about their legal options and potential outcomes.
  • Crafting compelling arguments and representing clients in both civil and criminal proceedings.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 0-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the mortgage or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Word systems, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
