Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking fines, penalties, inspections, and other key metrics related to our bulk transportation operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a trucking company transportation department, with a strong background in Hazardous Material permits, vehicle licensing, and driver ELD systems. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple offsite locations are also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking fines, penalties, inspections, and other key metrics
  • IFTA fuel tax reporting
  • Truck registration and rolling stock inventory control
  • Monthly tractor leasing reports and fuel processing
  • Receiving fuel delivery tickets and processing invoices
  • Processing fuel reports for multiple facilities
  • Tracking hours of service and permit renewals

Requirements

  • High degree of professional maturity and discretion
