About the Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Chief Software Delivery Officer to lead our Clinical IT - Operational & Partner Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in defining, executing, and evolving our software and infrastructure delivery lifecycle practice.

You will work closely with our Enterprise DevOps Engineering team to establish and execute upon maturity models, capability assessments, and roadmaps. You will also foster cross-functional collaboration between development, quality, security, and operations to deliver and steer initiatives that mature CI/CD practices.

The ideal candidate for this role will need to have a passion for creating innovative solutions using technology and excel at adapting to change in complex, fast-paced environments.

  • Develop and implement scalable and efficient DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years technical experience in software, network, or systems engineering supporting design, analysis, configuration, and maintenance of complex software solutions.
  • 3+ years' experience working on automated pipelines to enable Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines with strong attention to details.
  • Demonstrated history of learning agility with various hosting and runtime environments for on-premises, cloud, and SaaS.
