Job Overview:
The chosen candidate will assume a pivotal role as a technical lead, responsible for managing and optimizing Linux cloud and on-premises computing environments. Key responsibilities include enhancing the client's infrastructure with container technologies, exploring new methodologies for DevOps automation, troubleshooting technical challenges, and collaborating with a diverse agile team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain Linux cloud and on-premises computing environmentsKeep abreast of the latest advancements in cloud technologiesProvide status updates to internal stakeholdersAssess new tools and technologies for ongoing enhancementConduct Linux system administration tasksUndertake additional job-related responsibilities as required

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master's degree, or 9 years with a High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum Secret clearance requiredCapability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in virtual or containerized environmentsFamiliarity with automation scripting languages such as Bash, Python, etc.Expertise in cloud environments and Linux system administrationExperience with VMware vCenter, GitLab/GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

Physical Requirements:
This role may involve office, industrial, or testing environments with physical activities such as climbing ladders and lifting materials.
