We are looking for a highly skilled Management and Community Development Coordinator to join our team at Strategic Resolution Experts. In this role, you will provide critical support to project teams, ensuring the successful planning, development, and implementation of projects aimed at enhancing community resilience and mitigating risks associated with natural disasters.

About the Role
  • As a Management and Community Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and management support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • You will assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities by organizing meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining communication with community stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage project databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Ensure all administrative activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and support to junior administrative staff and other team members as needed.
  • Assist in quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues that may impact project success.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a total compensation package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.

What We're Looking For
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant experience preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative or management roles, preferably in the context of disaster risk reduction or community resilience projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
