Job Description
This role is responsible for forecasting scheduled maintenance events, establishing and collecting fleet production metrics. Execute scheduled maintenance plans, data collection, and analysis reflecting fleet availability and reliability. Schedule, prioritize, and assign daily shop maintenance activities under the direction of the Production Control Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assign aircraft maintenance jobs, work priorities, and establish start-stop times.
  2. C Coordinate with the Logistics regarding parts requirements.
  3. Manage the controlled exchange program and coordinate with the Operations department on the daily flying schedule.
  4. Prepare the master Preventive Maintenance schedule of recurring preventive maintenance.
  5. Create each day's work orders, distribute work orders to the workshops and support function, compile work order records, and create reports for review, trend analysis, and presentation at meetings.

Qualifications Required:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of aviation maintenance experience.
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
