Inventory Control Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a Materials Expeditor to support our production teams in providing the necessary materials for their operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management and a strong understanding of production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Physically and systematically provide production teams with the materials they need.
  • Maintain organization of raw materials and finished goods in the materials storage area.
  • Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management teams regarding non-conforming product and other urgent matters.
  • Execute inventory transactions in NetSuite system as needed.
  • Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.

Requirements:

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience and proficiency using NetSuite software, or similar software in a manufacturing/warehousing/production environment.
  • Strong data entry and general computer use skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and to work independently.
  • Proven track record in strong attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of the operation.
  • Pallet jack and forklift experience.
  • Ability to use the RF scanning system efficiently and accurately.
