Business Development Representative

As a member of our agency team, you have the opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to be a successful State Farm Agent. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Salary
As an Agent Team Member, you can expect a competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure. This compensation package allows you to earn based on your performance and sales growth.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. You will work closely with the Agent to understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk. You should also be proactive in problem-solving, able to multi-task, and possess property and casualty license (must be able to obtain) as well as life and health license (must be able to obtain).
