Le Chef de produit adjoint, Marketing est un membre clé de l'équipe de marketing de TEVA CORPORATION. Il est responsable de soutenir les gestionnaires responsables du marketing dans la création de contenu stratégique avec mention de marque approuvée par le CCPP. Ce contenu est adapté à toutes les formes de campagne promotionnelle et à tous les canaux de communication, y compris le marketing multicanal, les canaux numériques et non personnels, les interactions traditionnelles en personne avec les délégués de l'équipe de vente.

**Compétences et Responsabilités**

  • Veiller à ce que le contenu avec mention de marque approuvée par le CCPP soit adapté dans les délais prescrits aux différents canaux promotionnels.
  • Offrir un soutien et assurer la coordination dans le cadre de l'exécution, la surveillance, le suivi et la mise en œuvre des campagnes de marketing multicanal.
  • Veiller à ce que la formation soit à jour afin que le contenu promotionnel avec mention de marque respecte les MON internes en matière de conformité et de protection de la vie privée (LCAP) et les codes externes (Code du CCPP).
  • Gérer les budgets de fonctionnement des projets tactiques qui lui sont attribués, y compris la gestion des fournisseurs.
  • Recueillir des observations en surveillant les indicateurs de rendement clés et les mesures des diverses campagnes canaux multiples.
  • Présenter des exposés lors des réunions des ventes sur le plan d'action.
  • Offrir continuellement son soutien aux délégués commerciaux, leur manifestant son plein engagement et se rendant entièrement disponible.

**Exigences**

  • Baccalauréat complété ; Scolarité souhaitée : Diplôme en sciences ou en administration.
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie des spécialités pharmaceutiques ou des biotechnologies, dans un poste en vente ou en marketing.
  • Expérience en gestion budgétaire/financière ; Expérience en marketing multicanal et (ou) en marketing numérique un atout.
  • Expérience en vente de produits pharmaceutiques, un atout.
  • Maitrise des logiciels de Microsoft Office, surtout PowerPoint et Excel.
  • Grande capacité à travailler avec plusieurs équipes et à gérer des priorités conflictuelles.
  • Solides aptitudes pour l'exécution de tâches simultanées : capacité à assurer le suivi des projets et des activités, à surveiller les progrès, et à suivre et présenter les résultats de manière appropriée.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la présentation d'exposés lui permettant de livrer des messages clairs et exploitables.
  • Capacité à collaborer avec divers secteurs fonctionnels ayant des priorités conflictuelles.
  • Connaissance des stratégies des marques et capacité à cerner les principaux enjeux liés aux nouvelles stratégies novatrices de marketing multicanal et aux tactiques et campagnes promotionnelles numériques élaborées en fonction des objectifs fixés pour les marques.
