Mental Health Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our Senior Behavioral Health Clinic at NMC Health. This role involves providing high-quality social work services to patients on the Senior Behavioral Health Center Unit.
In this position, you will coordinate and develop the mental health aspect for our patients, ensuring consistency with Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board of Social Workers and OSHA regulations.

Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized mental health plans for patients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify treatment needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in social work from a Council of Social Work Education-accredited program.
- 2+ years of post-MSW experience working in mental health or geriatrics.
- Current license to practice social work in Kansas.
- BLS certification.
