About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an integrated primary-care/behavioral health setting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Timely room patients, including taking vital signs and obtaining specified information
  • Accurately enter patient data into the Electronic Health Record
  • Scan documents into the system
  • Answer phone calls from patients, physicians, and facilities regarding clinical matters
  • Transmit requisitions and download results
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date medication sample stock and supplies
Requirements
  • Frequent interaction with a diverse population, including team members, providers, patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
Working Conditions

This role involves traveling to various locations to provide medical assistance, support physicians, and perform routine administrative and clinical tasks.

The Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) ensures high-quality care for patients in a variety of settings, such as schools, community events, or underserved areas, where mobile healthcare services are offered.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
