Exciting Opportunity for Recreation Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Program Coordinator to join our team at the City of Los Altos, CA. As a Recreation Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading recreation programs for children and adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement recreation programs that promote physical activity, socialization, and community engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage program budgets, schedules, and logistics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for program participants.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in recreation, education, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in recreation, education, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
