Overview

JST is currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst/Program Manager (Acquisition Systems) to join our team. This is a full-time Onsite position with potential hybrid/remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) offices in San Antonio, Texas. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This position is contingent upon contract award.


The Lead Business Analyst/Program Manager (Acquisition Systems) shall be professional in demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Employees shall be responsive. The Lead Business Analyst/Program Manager (Acquisition Systems) may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials. Personnel shall have excellent written and oral communications skills sufficient to provide clear concise communication and documentation. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.


Lead Business Analyst/Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Skilled in the procurement business process.
  • Utilize Project Management, Estimation, and Planning.
  • Extensive knowledge or understanding in procurement field in the public and/or private sector.
  • Responsible for implementing ERP solutions in the public and/or private sector.
  • Extensive knowledge or understanding within the DoD.
  • Use IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution.
  • Knowledge or understanding of the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
  • Demonstrate knowledge the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in working both independently and with a team to solve problems.
  • Self-starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use.
  • Experience working in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings.

Lead Business Analyst/Program Manager Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business. Four years of related work experience may be substituted for the required education.
  • Experience with procurement business process
  • Experience with Project Management, Estimation, and Planning.
  • Experience in procurement field in the public and/or private sector.
  • Implementation experience with ERP solutions in the public and/or private sector.
  • Experience working with DOD
  • Experience with IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution.
  • Experience with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
  • Experience with software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings.

Required Clearances and Screenings

  • MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
  • Must have active secret Clearance
