About the Role

As an Orthopedic Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales of Stryker's trauma products that cater to our customers' most pressing needs. Working under the guidance of a seasoned Trauma Sales Representative, you will gain exposure to the winning culture of Stryker's Trauma team, which consistently delivers industry-leading results. You will receive comprehensive training on our trauma product portfolio and sales methodology, including hands-on experience in operating rooms. With over 300 medical procedures observed within your first year, you will develop exceptional expertise in orthopedic surgical needs and procedures, making you a valuable asset to the surgical team.

You will thrive in this role if you are a motivated, proactive, and independent learner, passionate about healthcare and committed to building strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor. Your ability to work comfortably in high-pressure environments, such as operating and emergency rooms, is essential.
