Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Customer Lifecycle Management, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in areas such as Customer Onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), and Customer Risk Assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge in Customer Lifecycle Management and related processes.
  • Utilize experience in AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Regulatory Reporting, and Sanctions Screening as an asset.
  • Exhibit 1-3 years of practical experience in implementing Fen-X solutions.
  • Effectively configure customer journeys, phases, and tasks within the Fen-X platform.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Fen-X (current version) for 1 to 3 years.
  • Familiarity with Fen-E (enterprise version) is acceptable.
  • Demonstrated functional expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Onboarding, KYC, and Customer Risk Scoring for 5 to 6 years.
  • Experience in Implementation, Configuration, and Integration processes.
  • Leadership experience is highly desirable.
