Job Overview

Guardian Angel Senior Services, established with a mission to enhance the quality of life for seniors, is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Scheduling Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the care they need through effective scheduling and coordination.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Employment Type: Full-time, exempt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules based on their availability and the specific needs of clients.
  • Manage and communicate schedule adjustments to all relevant parties.
  • Maintain and update records for both clients and caregivers, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and availability.
  • Input new client and employee data into the organizational systems.
  • Track and update employee attendance records.
  • Verify schedule accuracy for payroll and billing purposes.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will be an organized multi-tasker with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit. Proficiency in standard office equipment, including computers, multi-line phones, and printers, is essential.

Experience Requirements: Previous experience in high-volume scheduling is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have worked in home care scheduling.
